At Shoe Brush Shop, we aim to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your package is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including tags and packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, to process the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will take care of it promptly, offering a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned if opened or used. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have questions about a specific product, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the product you wish to exchange it for.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.
